• MamaCare.ng accepts payment via Paystack, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available
• MamaCare.ng is not responsible for additional charges imposed by a customer's bank or payment provider
• In the event of a pricing error, MamaCare.ng reserves the right to cancel the order even after confirmation and refund the amount paid
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch of any order, except for approved cash-on-delivery arrangements
• MamaCare.ng does not store payment card details and is not liable for any payment fraud occurring on third-party payment platforms

MamaCare.ng endeavours to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes stated on the website. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MamaCare.ng is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party logistics or courier companies
• Delays arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Nigeria before any formal legal proceedings are commenced.

Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. MamaCare.ng is under no obligation to notify customers of changes.

These Terms & Conditions, together with MamaCare.ng's Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between MamaCare.ng and the customer.
